SPOTIZ 50 Business Club
In order to unite the 50 Affiliated Associates around Spotization with Spotiz Côte d’ivoire, we have decided to create the Spotiz 50 Côte d’ivoire business club, with the following missions:
- Promote and ensure the success of Spotiz Côte d’ivoire SA: Raising awareness, creating a community of users and service providers, establishing Spotiz as a player in economic development and professionalization, and promoting our economic diplomacy.
- Develop eco-mobility in Côte d’Ivoire: Mobility is a major issue for the country’s economic and social development: partnerships for the quality of life of inhabitants, the competitiveness of companies and the improvement of the environment.
- Offering the best garage services to drivers: Structuring service offers and making them transparent to individuals and businesses. Support garages in their development, professionalization and reputation.
- Structure the informal economy by professionalizing the garage sector: Support structuring through workshops, training courses, etc. in service excellence, good management and customer relations.
- Offer pooling solutions to maximize garage efficiency and profitability: A consortium will enable members to benefit from free professional training and group purchases from suppliers.
The Spotiz 50 is a force for representation and development of our activities. The SCP Spotiz 50 and its members participate in the governance of Spotiz Côte d’ivoire.
SPOTMs and SPOTs
SPOTM vouchers are a digital membership card to the Spotiz 50 Business Club and represent the Affiliate’s share of governance in the SCP based on the number of vouchers purchased. The value of 1 SPOTM = 300 CHF (Swiss Francs)*.
They will also give access to SPOTs, which will be the currency of the Spotiz Fin 2025 mobile application. So you’ll have the proportion of your SPOTM vouchers in SPOT Coin at launch, 1 SPOT = 10 CHF (Swiss Francs)*.
Example: You bought 1 SPOTM, you’ll get 30 SPOTs (these conditions may change).
SPOTs will be the application’s currency and will enable application users to access the platform, pay for services in the Spotiz mobile application and membership.
The financial benefits of SPOTM vouchers are :
- Bonus shares proportional to the number of SPOTM purchase warrants purchased
- Free SPOTs proportional to the number of SPOTM vouchers purchased
- Capital gain on the performance of SPOT listed on exchanges.
- Dividends from Spotiz Côte d'ivoire to be redistributed to SCP Spotiz 50 - Quarterly performance bonuses
